It’s easy! Simply fill out the form below and hit submit. From there, our Customer Service team will cancel your first Spice Village order and place a new identical order for you. When prompted via email, submit payment for the new order.
What to Expect:
- Watch your inbox—you will receive an email prompting you to complete your purchase. Click the link in the email to submit your payment.
- You will receive an Order Confirmation email for your new order.
- Prior to your payment being fully processed, you will receive an estimated delivery date for your new order via email. We’ll do our best to keep your original estimated delivery date!
- You will receive an email notification when your original Spice Village order is cancelled.
